Wine Making
Separate fermentation of each varietal. Temperature control.
Each third of the harvest has been ageing in French oak barrels for 6 months
in the quiet darkness of a cool cellar (18 months).
Tasting Notes
Strong color of deep and brilliant red.
The nose combines powerful ripe fruit with voluptuous woody notes. The attack is smooth.
The mouth, while round, displays a rich and concentrated structure. Tannins are intense but polished.

Decanting an hour will express his great personality. Serve at 17 to 18°C.
