Grapes
100% Mauzac
Wine Making
According to the traditional method, the grape, harvested by hand and put in crates, is pressed directly.
It gives a lively juice and slightly sweet, which already expresses the character of the grape variety.
Natural elaboration without any added sugar. The end of fermentation is blocked with residual sugar.
The wine is stabilized, bottled and will be finalized in late development to give it its full specificity.
Tasting Notes
Elegant pale yellow robe with green shades. Persistent foam and very fine bubbles.
The Mauzac is expressed by its characteristic aromas of green apple behind
which we perceive a hint of brioche. The palate is supple attack,
backed by a wonderful freshness and remarkable finesse.
