Complex nose with hints of dried and candied fruits (figs, apricots, quince), notes of exotic fruits
and fruit with white flesh. Thin and smooth with an aromatic range confirmed in the mouth.
Notes of sweet honey. Remarkable sweetness.
Pleasant alone as an aperitif, it will complement fully foie gras, desserts or some soft cheeses.
